In conjunction with the university's Research Foundation advise and assist with legal issues regarding inventions, copyrights, and other intellectual property for the university and its faculty, staff, or students.
Assist with the development of policies that align with the university's mission while preserving the legal, ethical, and financial integrity of the university.
Assist departments with administration and negotiation of third-party contracts, memorandums of understandings, personal service agreements, etc.
