The Department of Recreational Sports strives to provide opportunities in a variety of formats. Whether you are just starting out or you are a conditioned athlete, we have something for you!

Group Exercise Classes

Classes are geared towards all ability levels, so bring a buddy and come check it out! Our instructors will motivate and guide you through various exercises, bringing fresh ideas and inspiration to your work-out plan. Find out More about Group Exercise Classes!

Personal Training

Here to Help

Our trained facility staff will be happy to teach you about the features of our equipment, spot you, or orient new patrons. Just ask the students in the blue shirts!

Fitness Hours

  • Mon. - Thu.: 6 a.m. - 9 p.m.
  • Fri.: 6 a.m. - 7 p.m.
  • Sat.: 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
  • Sun.: 5 p.m. - 9 p.m.
