TEFL Certificate

The Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) Certificate at the University of North Georgia is online and provides excellent training with high professional standards for individuals seeking to teach English overseas. The TEFL Certificate at  the University of North Georgia offers opportunities to conduct classroom observations and practice teaching during the TEFL Certificate practicum through our partner schools and ESL centers.

Requirements

  • Completed high school or possess a GED or foreign equivalent.
  • If English is not your first language, language proficiency for international students is a minimum TOEFL (iBT) score of 90.

Four online courses totaling 120 hours
20 hours of classroom observations
