PRAXIS

Praxis I:
Academic Skills Assessments is a three-part test consisting of reading, mathematics, and writing skills with each part of the test being one hour long. The test may be required before a student can be admitted to the Education Program.

Praxis II:

Praxis II  consists of Subject Assessments and Specialty Area Tests. Passing the appropriate test (s) is required for teacher certification.

Dahlonega Campus

All prospective examinees must read the Dahlonega Testing Center Security Procedures .

Certain PRAXIS exams are offered on computer through the Prometric Test Center on the Dahlonega Campus. 

To register for exams, go to www.prometric.com .  There you will also find information related to test locations, appointment availability, cost, etc. 

Paper-delivered PRAXIS exams are also offered on the Dahlonega Campus.  To register for paper-delivered exams visit www.ets.org/praxis .  

Gainesville Campus - not available at this time

Oconee Campus - not available at this time
