Methods of Payment

Pay online via check or credit card

  1. Log into Banner using your user id and password
  2. Select the “Student” tab
  3. Select the “Nighthawk Registration “ link
  4. Select the “Student Invoice” link
  5. Click “Continue”
  6. Select “Account Activity”
  7. You will be able to view your charges, estimated financial aid, term balance, and term balance including estimated financial aid.
  8. Click “Make a Payment” to pay online via web check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Diner’s Club). 
    1. Web Checks are free
    2. Web Credit Card transactions incur a 2.85% convenience fee based on the amount of the transaction ($3.00 minimum fee)
  • If for some reason a student is eligible for a refund, the credit card used for payment that semester will be refunded up to the amount paid via the credit card with any excess over the credit card payment being disbursed to a student's Nighthawk preference

You may pay your student invoice in person using cash, check, or money order at the following locations:

You may also mail checks or money orders, payable to University of North Georgia or UNG, to:

For International Students Only

The University of North Georgia accepts wire transfers from international students via Western Union Business Solutions or Flywire. These options are only available for international student payments.

Please note that wire transfer payments will only be accepted for the total amount due.  Wired payments with additional monies will be rejected and funds will be returned.
