Customer service is vital to any organization’s success. This program is for individuals who wish to pursue a role in customer service or improve upon existing skills. Learn the winning customer service skills that will set you apart from the competition in today’s market.

  • Duration of each course: 6 weeks

Instructions and Information

  • Complete the above four courses (in specified order) to earn your Continuing Education Certificate in Customer Service.
  • Each course consists of two lessons a week (one every Wednesday and one every Friday).
  • You do not need to be online at any specific time but you are expected to complete each quiz and assignment within ten days.
  • Upon completion of your last course in the certificate program, please contact Brenda Ricketts at 706-864-1919 or brenda.ricketts@ung.edu. Please allow 10 business days for certificate to be issued.
