Complete the following 4 courses (in specified order) to earn your Continuing Education Certificate in Customer Service.
- Customer Service Fundamentals
- Interpersonal Communication
- Keys to Effective Communication
- Achieving Success with Difficult People
Courses are offered entirely online. These are 6-week courses with specific start dates. They consist of two lessons a week (one every Wednesday and one every Friday). You do not need to be online at any specific time. You are expected to complete each quiz and assignment within ten days.
Course fee is $129 per course.
