Artist Statement
It’s a wonderful experience to capture a moment in time. It’s some kind of magic to me to be able to freeze time and be able to go back and actually see it not just in memory. And be able to share it. I also like that I am able to capture the simple things we see every day in life and bring more enticing and exquisite life to them. I get to show captivating details that we wouldn’t notice by just looking at it with our naked eye.
Artist Biography
I’ve loved taking pictures since I was very young. Candid photos had always been my favorite. It was exciting for me to go pick up my developed film and see what I had captured! I had forgotten how fun it was and the feeling I would get, until recently. I decided to take the photography courses to be able to take professional portraits of my family and was introduced to so much more. Now I can’t make up my mind on which type of photography I like shooting more!
