National Service Leadership Track

The National Service Leadership Track (NSLT) is available for Cadets who select not to commission in to the United States Army. The NSLT contains intensive leadership study preparing Cadets for positions in industry, government agencies, and public service. NSLT courses are designed to instruct on leadership styles, present case studies for critical review, and provide team projects aimed at giving Cadets opportunities to have their leadership skills studied and challenged. Cadets who complete the NSLT will graduate with extensive leadership knowledge enabling them to lead in various private and public sectors.

All Cadets take the traditional Military Science courses their Freshman and Sophomore years. During their Junior and Senior years, NSLT Cadets take one three-hour leadership course per semester in lieu of the traditional Military Science courses.
