Live Well UNG

Reflect, Engage, Thrive

Well-being is the state of being comfortable, healthy, or happy. It includes the presence of positive emotions, satisfaction with life, and positive functioning. At UNG, well-being encompasses eight dimensions including career, environmental, financial, intellectual, mental, physical, social, and spiritual well-being.

We believe an environment that encourages healthy behaviors and well-being is essential to the academic success and holistic well-being that persist through out your life.

Your well-being is your responsibility, but we are here to help you along the way! Live Well UNG brings together the best UNG has to offer in giving you the skills, knowledge, and perspective to live a healthy, balanced life! Find the balance in your life by exploring the dimensions of well-being.

We Need Your Help

Help us prioritize well-being concerns at UNG by completing this brief survey. The survey is anonymous and will provide valuable feedback to the Live Well UNG initiative.
