April 1, 2019 Summer invoice available on student account
May 3, 2019 Pre-registered summer invoice due
May 13, 2019 UNG Financial aid Bookstore credits available
May 27, 2019 Financial aid will disburse to Bursar's Office to pay toward tuition and fees
May 31, 2019 Refunds Available (processed by the Bursar's Office)
June 5, 2019 Final payment all registered students
Last day to use financial aid credit at UNG Bookstore
June 24 - July 9, 2019 Banner Shutdown. No Refunds
July 31, 2019 Last refund release

For Fall Semester 2019

May 1, 2019 Document deadline for all required financial aid documents
May 16, 2019 Fall invoice available on student account
August 2, 2019 Pre-registered fall invoice due
August 10, 2019 UNG Financial aid Bookstore credits available
August 23, 2019 Final payment all registered students. Last day to use financial aid credit at UNG Bookstore.
August 26, 2019 Financial aid will disburse to Bursar's Office to pay toward tuition and fees
August 30, 2019 Refunds Available (processed by the Bursar's Office)
September 5, 2019 Withdrawal for non-payment deadline for fall 2019
December 9, 2019 ROTC Grant/Future officers release to qualified cadets
December 11, 2019 Last disbursement for fall semester

For 2020-2021 Academic Year

Fall 2020 - Summer 2021

Date Information
October 1, 2019 FAFSA available to complete using 2018 federal tax returns
February 14, 2020 Priority Deadline Date to Complete the 2020-2021 FAFSA
