Enroll in Password Management

To ensure you can reset your account if you ever forget your password or have an expired password, enrollment into the password management system is required. You should have setup your 2FA source and now need to setup password management.

Select “Set up”
Choose if you’d prefer a text or call for a verification code and then enter the phone number for the code to be delivered. Select “Receive a code . . .”.
Enter the verification code sent to your number and select “Verify"
In case your phone is ever lost or stolen, we strongly recommend setting up a second email address for password recovery.
- The address entered should be a non-UNG email address used by you, such as a personal google or yahoo address.
- Once you’ve entered the secondary email address and select Finish, you are now ready to use UNG systems and login to computers at UNG. Be sure to check your secondary email account to verify that account as a recovery option.
