Navigate to any service that requires login and select the “Forgot password?” link.

Enter your UNG username/email address and select “Next”.

Select a method to verify your account.

The next prompt will ask for the code sent to your phone/email.

If phone is selected, you will be prompted to agree to SMS or select voice call.

After selecting, enter the the code to verify.

If email is selected, you will enter the secondary email address to receive a code.

Once the code is accepted, you will be prompted to 2FA. Select which notification method you’d like to receive.

After accepting the 2FA prompt, you will be able to enter a new password. Be sure to follow the password requirements listed.
