While Ms. Moody's formal background is in history, in the last ten years, through post-doc courses in instructional technology, and work with various Teaching History grants, she became involved in teacher certification, specifically the integration of technology into teaching and learning. At the University of Delaware, she took on many duties as LiveText Coordinator, Coordinator of Accreditation, instructor of technology courses for pre- and current educators, and Assistant Director of Clinical Studies in the School of Education.
Here at UNG Ms. Moody has been involved in the development of course and program assessments, the system to collect the data (LiveText), and the training of faculty and students on technology (LiveText, Moodle). She looks forward to expanding the use of LiveText in the teacher certification programs, along with further developing student use of technology in the classroom.
