Dotty Gabrels is a NLN certified Nurse Educator and Family Nurse Practitioner with an interest in gerontology. She has had a full-time faculty role in the ASN Program at the University of North Georgia teaching medical/surgical nursing and clinical practice since 2005. She is also a full-time faculty teaching in the BSN program. Her nursing background is in medical surgical and intensive care nursing.
