Holly is a Ph.D. candidate (ABD) in Political Science at Georgia State University. Her major areas are International Relations, Comparative Politics, and Middle East Politics. She is currently writing her dissertation analyzes the influence of transnational advocacy networks on weapons prohibitions.

Research/Special Interests
International organizations and transnational advocacy, with an emphasis on the development of international security norms and corresponding changes to state behavior. Her current research examines two variables that influence the success of transnational advocacy networks—framing and middle power-NGO partnerships.
