Georgia State House District 9 Scholarship/Internship

The District 9 representative to the Georgia State House’s General Assembly is offering a three-course scholarship to political science majors over three semesters, in return for working as an intern in his office. During the 18-month commitment you will receive credit for POLS 4485A - Internship in Political Science (Spring '21) and [tentatively] POLS 4195 - Special Topics in American Politics (Fall '21) and POLS 4480 - Independent Study in Political Science (Spring '22).

If you are interested in working with a representative to the Georgia State House and are currently a sophomore or junior with at least three semesters to graduation and at least a 2.5 GPA, this program is for you.
