Fitness - Gainesville Campus
Join us for various workouts that incorporate resistance training, cardio, and bodyweight exercises designed to improve strength and stamina. All levels of fitness welcome! Classes are held in the fitness center and/or gymnasium Presently we post three workouts of the week for you to try. Our staff is ready to assist you if needed. Personal training is available by appointment and is fee-based. Our rates are only $20 per session for a 5 session minimum and our per session rates are only $30 each. This encompasses not only fitness training but several sport skill lessons as well. Ask our staff if we can help you with a sport or fitness skill that you desire to learn. Competition and Challenges
