Schuon Jackie



Dr. Schuon joined the Student Counseling in 2010. She holds a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Georgia School of Professional Psychology. She has several years of experience at college counseling centers, completing her advanced practicum at Agnes Scott College, her pre-doctoral internship at Virginia Tech, and her postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Georgia. Her areas of interest include anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and group therapy. Her approach to counseling is integrative with a focus on student wellness and often incorporates cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness based interventions.
