Note: Online tutoring is available for math, chemistry, physics, accounting, and computer science/information systems through Microsoft Teams. To access online tutoring, enter the access code xykizt2 into Teams or go to Tutoring Services Online.
Tutor schedules are pinned to the top of each subject channel. To ask for help, simply reply to the Ask for Help post with your course information and the topic you need assistance with.
Tutors and moderators will be monitoring this section and will respond to you as soon as they are available.
Click “Join chat” when you receive a video chat notification from a tutor. Note: Other students may be asked to join this chat if they need help with the same subject.
During the video chat, you can hover over the icons in the middle of the page to unmute your microphone and turn on your camera. There are three dots where you can change your settings if you have problems hearing or issues with your camera.
Inside the video chat, tutors will guide you to further online tools that may help during your session.
