CURCA Programs

Annual Research Conference

The Annual Research Conference (ARC) showcases undergraduate research and creative activities from across UNG's five campuses. Please visit the ARC website to submit your abstract or learn more about our previous conferences.

Faculty Undergraduate Summer Engagement (FUSE)

FUSE seeks to engage teams of faculty and students in focused and meaningful research, scholarly and creative activities from mid-May through the end of June. Funded applications will receive a faculty stipend, up to $500 in materials, and the ability to hire a student researcher for seven weeks.

Mini-Grants

Mini grants offer up to $3,000 in supply funding to support undergraduate research projects in all academic areas. Faculty members should apply during the fall semester and may choose to allocate some of their funding to take on student assistants. Mini grants funds are not to be used for travel unless it is absolutely critical to the research project.

Travel Grants

Competitive travel grants of up to $500 are awarded by CURCA to students applicants who wish to present their scholarship at external conferences. CURCA accepts applications for travel grants in both the fall and spring semesters.
