Digital Signage

Any UNG department or university-recognized student organization may request information to be published on the digital signage system or as a slide in myUNG. 

  • UNG departments and student organizations may create their own using using a template or request assistance through the Creative Assistance Request Form (login required).
  • Only faculty and staff have access to the CAR form, however, student organizations may request that their faculty advisor submit the digital signage requests using the CAR form.
  • Students of UNG clubs or organization may submit their digital signage requests via email to and copy their faculty advisor on the email.
  • Faculty advisors for the student organizations must approve the digital signage slide prior to submission.
  • Digital signs will be published at the end of the business day on Tuesdays and Thursdays and may run for at least two (2) weeks before an event, but no longer than four (4) weeks.
  • Two weeks' time between submission date and publish request date is preferred for all digital signage requests. If your slide is submitted at the last minute, it might not be published.
  • Digital signs will be removed after the event has concluded.
  • Due to the volume of activities requiring publicity, University Relations generally limits requests to two signs per organization or department at any one time.
