Graphic Design
The Office of Communications' in-house graphic design team creates original and dynamic graphic designs and layouts that are used to promote UNG activities and programs. We strive for excellence by emphasizing design and layout techniques to produce the highest possible production quality. Our staff can create and produce a wide variety of quality promotional and publicity materials that can be distributed in print or digital formats.
UNG Logo Use
The UNG logo can be obtained by emailing graphics@ung.edu. These images can be obtained for use in print materials or digital files.
- No other versions of the UNG logo are permitted.
- Images may not be altered in any way to create an alternate logo or design.
- Only UNG-approved colors may be used.
- All publication using the UNG logo must be approved by the graphic design team before production.
Turnaround Time
Good design takes time. We encourage you to plan ahead so your materials can be developed in time for your event. Here are our guidelines for graphic design projects:
- For design of web graphics (banner ads), plan a minimum of two weeks from the date on which we receive all information details to complete a design.
- For posters, plan a minimum of three weeks (from date on which we receive all details) to produce design concepts that meet your approval, and then print posters in time for distribution.
- For advertisements, rack cards, brochures, pop-up banners, hanging banners and other printed materials, plan a minimum of four weeks to design and print quality products.
For all other projects, please contact us to inquire about project schedule requirements at least four weeks before your materials are needed.
Please note: Requests are processed in the order in which we receive complete materials. For requests that do not meet submission guidelines, we cannot guarantee completion by your deadline. Estimated times are for graphics services only and does not include printing, mailing or other services.
