This building is located on Main Street, next to Price Memorial Hall (gold steeple). Visual Arts studios, classrooms, and faculty offices are housed here.
John L. Nix Mountain Cultural Center
3D and Sculpture areas are located in room 101; faculty offices, Photography, and Printmaking are on the second floor. Art History survey courses are taught in the third floor Gloria Shott Auditorium.
Bob Owens Art Gallery
The Bob Owens Art Gallery is located on the top floor of the Hoag Student Center across from the Great Room.
Located at 199 Choice Street, at the corner of Choice and S. Chestatee, in Dahlonega, it houses the ceramics, weaving, textiles and other studio classes.
Hoag Student Center Auditorium
Hoag Auditorium is located on the North end of the top floor of Hoag Student Center.
Roy C. Moore Art Gallery
The Roy C. Moore Art Gallery is located on the Gainesville Campus in the lobby area of the Continuing Education/Business Division/Performing Arts Center. The art gallery displays approximately six exhibits yearly.
The Dunlap-Mathis Building is located in the center of the Gainesville Campus between the Administration Building and the Library. Art classrooms and faculty offices are located here.
Oconee Campus Gallery
The Oconee Campus Gallery is located on the Oconee Campus in the lobby area of the Faculty Center/700 Building, near the Bookstore. The art gallery displays approximately six exhibits yearly.
Gallery Hours during Exhibits:
- Monday through Thursday: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Friday: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
School Street Studios
Studio Art Classes are taught in the Oconee Cultural Arts Foundation’s historic School Street Studio space.
