Before You Submit Your Request: Tips and Resources

Creating clear and effective tickets via ServiceNow is key to ensuring your request is processed in a timely manner and as you intended. 

  • Utilize web annotators and the snipping tool to create and to edit screenshots of the changes you would like implemented. You can also use the annotators to show us just where you would like something inserted or exactly what you want removed.
  • Review and edit your content before you submit. Do not submit content that has not been reviewed and/or edited for the following:
