Student Involvement strives to connect students with opportunities for meaningful service at the campus, local, and global levels.
We provide opportunities on all campuses for students to help make an impact in the world through service, volunteerism, and servant leadership.
Through Activating Community Transformation (A.C.T.) students are able to connect with local community partners and get real-time alerts on one-time or ongoing volunteer needs that fit their schedule and passions. Join the movement, make a difference! A.C.T. NOW and spark community transformation.
At least once a month the Office of Student Involvement hosts Service Saturday in partnership with UNG’s volunteer community partners. Students are sure to sure to have a fun and impactful experience. Service opportunities will rotate campuses each month.
OSI offers multiple Days of Service through the school year that work to bring together students, alumni, faculty, staff, and community members to serve together. Everyone can find an opportunity to fit their interests and connect further with the UNG Community!
Refer to the Student Leadership Programs page in UNG Connect (login required) for more details about the specifics of each Day of Service.
Whether or not you are volunteering with a local organization or a UNG club track your Service Hours in UNG Connect.
