The goal for the UNG website is to create a positive first impression for those seeking information from or about the university. It must communicate in a clear and consistent manner the university's mission, vision, outstanding characteristics and brand.
As UNG continues to evolve and further refine its position as a university, so has the web design evolved. The newest design, rolled out in Summer of 2015, was created not only to assist prospective students and their parents in finding needed information, but to also address the ever growing audience of mobile visitors to our website using a responsive design.
As of August 2019, 49% of UNG website traffic from off campus is on mobile devices.
The university's website is an official publication of UNG and uses consistent styling throughout to ensure that we present an image that reflects the UNG brand and adheres to UNG identity standards.
