EM Goals

Establish enrollment targets for each semester that will achieve the goals, objectives, and strategies of the UNG strategic plan.
To develop student recruitment strategies that assist UNG with meeting enrollment targets.
Strengthen the collection, analysis, and dissemination of data to facilitate informed decisions across the university.

Organize, train, and increase Enrollment Management staff in order to improve customer service.
Improve the enrollment process for students through admissions, cadet admissions, financial aid, registrar and student money management center.
Facilitate the development of university-wide strategies to improve student retention and degree completion.
