Fitness Memberships - Dahlonega

Join the Community at the Dahlonega Campus Recreation Center with a community membership. From two floors of cardio and strength equipment to our indoor track, three-court gym, locker rooms, bouldering wall, and more. We have everything you need to stay active.

Registration and Membership Process

All members must submit a completed registration and waiver form before entrance into the recreation center will be granted.

  1. Register your membership through the Evergreen Learning portal.
  2. Once the registration has processed. You will need to submit a waiver and membership form (PDF)
    • first time members need to visit UNG Card Services to obtain a swipe card for entrance into the Recreation Area.
    • There is a one-time fee of $10.00 payable to UNG Card Services.
  3. All members must register their vehicle with Parking Services by filling out and submitting the parking form.
  4. Submit both the parking form and the waiver/membership form to Evergreen Learning.

Policies and Guidelines

  1. Memberships and privileges are extended to alumni and community members who have paid the membership fee and signed the appropriate waiver. 
  2. Memberships may be purchased at UNG Evergreen Learning.
  3. The fee is not transferable and non-refundable.
  4. Fee payment entitles one to use the recreation center and locker room facilities only. 
  5. In order to gain access to the recreation center, each member must obtain a Nighthawks Card from UNG Card Services. *A one-time $10.00 fee is due at the time the ID is being made. The replacement fee for a lost card will be $25.00. (*Prices/fees are subject to change without notice.)
  6. Minor dependents, those under the age of 18, must obtain a UNG Nighthawks Card from UNG Card Services that indicates that they are a minor. When a dependent reaches the age of 18, a new card may be issued at no charge as long as the old card is returned.
  7. Age requirements:
    • Recreation Center: Participants must be age 15 or older to access the recreation center. Minor dependents under age 18 must be supervised by parent/guardian member at all times.
  8. Membership fees exceed $250.00; therefore, according to IRS regulations, is not tax deductible.
