Machform Decommissioned

Support for Machform officially ended in the 2026 summer and the platform has been permanently decommissioned.

Machform required significant UNG resources to maintain security and system updates. To ensure a secure environment and reliable infrastructure, UNG has transitioned to established institutional vendors that provide robust form features.
