Note: UNG is transitioning to a new platform.

On August 1, 2024, the UNG Scheduling Program will be the official platform utilized for space reservations and service requests for events. To support the platform transition, the EMS scheduling program will not accept new events planned past July 31, 2024.

Event Reservations facilitate faculty and staff through the appropriate booking processes necessary for hosting successful university events, meetings, and activities.

The Event Management System (EMS) is used for reserving locations and requesting event support services such as:
