Biology
The Department of Biology at the University of North Georgia offers rigorous and well-rounded degree programs with low student-to-faculty ratios. We also offer several original research opportunities.
The faculty in the biology department get to know students individually and take an interest in their lives beyond the classroom. Students are held to a high standard, but resources are provided to help the students succeed. The faculty and staff of the biology department have created a challenging, yet nurturing environment. Read more about why you should consider biology at UNG.
