Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry
The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry offers American Chemical Society (ACS) approved programs. We also offer students a variety of opportunities inside the classroom and laboratory. While allowing the student to grow and develop academically, our programs also build on the liberal arts mission of the University of North Georgia. Students have the opportunity to participate in undergraduate research, field trips, chemistry outreach programs, and service opportunities.
