Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for Teachers - Continuing Education

Professional & Continuing Education at UNG offers a variety of CEU approved classes online. Regardless of your schedule or location, you can earn continuing education units when it’s convenient for you, and in topics that will increase your skills. From solving discipline problems to learning a new language, you’re sure to find classes that will help you create effective solutions for career progression and classroom wisdom.

CEU Steps and Information

UNG's Professional & Continuing Education provides CEUs that are approved by the Georgia Professional Standards Commission.One CEU represents 10 contact hours of instruction.

Step 1. Select a CEU Approved Course

These courses are pre-approved for CEU credit by the Georgia Professional Standards Commission. The number of CEUs that are approved are listed with each course.

Step 2: Successfully Complete Course
Course completion will be verified by UNG's Professional & Continuing Education through the Ed2go administrative website. Quizzes must be completed for each of the on-line chapter lessons.
In addition:

You must score at least 80% on the final exam,

Print a Certificate of Completion when you finish your class

CEU-Approved Courses

Step 3: Print & Submit Certificate of Completion

Once you have completed your course, print the Certificate of Completion from the Ed2Go website and send to the Georgia Professional Standards Commission. Certificates may be submitted by postal mail, email, or uploaded to your MyPSC account.
