Institute for Healthy Aging
The Institute for Healthy Aging brings together academic programming and community initiatives to enhance quality of life for older adults in our region. We are also the home of the UNG academic gerontology programs, offering an undergraduate gerontology minor and both undergraduate and graduate certificates in gerontology.
We offer targeted initiatives and intergenerational programming, events and research, including Symposia, Virtual Town Halls and Presentations, the Generation to Generation Project, and the annual Wisdom Project 2030 leadership educational series.
