Jeffrey Shrader
Overview
Jeffrey Shrader has been with the University of North Georgia since the fall of 2015. Before arriving at UNG Mr. Shrader was the department head of mathematics and the sciences at Lanier Technical College for 3 years. Prior to this, Jeffrey was a high school teacher for 20 years in the inner city and greater Atlanta areas. Throughout his teaching career, he has contributed to numerous projects. To name a few, he has helped developed new discipline plans for high schools, created curriculum for AP courses (including Computer Science), and while at Lanier Technical College helped with students’ course plans up through Calculus II. Outside of academia, he loves building electronics and spending time doing woodworking.
