Students must meet the above requirements to move to the bachelor's level, regardless if a campus change is involved. Meeting minimum requirements does not guarantee acceptance. The university reserves the right to deny student requests based on academic standards in the student's selected major, past academic performance, and campus capacity.
Students who are in the process of meeting the requirements in the semester of application can be conditionally accepted, and must meet the conditions by the end of that semester or risk having the approval revoked. Students conditionally accepted will be allowed to register for the new campus and/or degree level, but courses will be dropped if conditions are not met by the end of the term.
Programs in nursing, business, and education have competitive applications processes or requirements to take upper-level coursework. An approved degree level change does not guarantee the ability to enroll in upper-level coursework in these programs or acceptance into that particular department.
Spring - November 1
Summer - April 1
Fall - April 1
Applications received after the deadline will be reviewed for acceptance if the student can be accommodated. Applications received after the deadline may not be processed in time for early registration. Campus capacity, course availability, and reasons for degree level change may impact the ability to accommodate late applications.
