University of North Georgia (UNG) students, faculty, staff, alumni, family, and friends will have a chance to enjoy an Atlanta Braves game together for the fourth year in a row. The UNG Alumni Association is sponsoring its fourth annual UNG Night at the Braves for Atlanta's Sept. 7 game against the Toronto Blue Jays, which is set for 7:20 p.m.

More than 2,000 tickets are available for those connected with UNG to attend the game at Truist Park in Atlanta. The seating is in sections 410-417.

Individual tickets of up to nine guests are $25 each and can be purchased on the Alumni Association website. For groups of 10 or more, tickets are $23 each and can be purchased by calling 706-864-1547 or by stopping by the Alumni Relations office at 70 Alumni Drive at UNG's Dahlonega Campus. All proceeds will benefit the UNG Alumni Association.

The Alumni Association encourages everyone to wear their UNG blue and gold to the Braves game.

The event was initiated by UNG Alumni Association board members Nick Miller and James Wright just before the COVID-19 pandemic. Having to pivot for safety, the event was first held in 2021 on Sept. 11 when the Braves faced the Miami Marlins. UNG Night at the Braves featured games against the Philadelphia Phillies in 2022 and the Pittsburgh Pirates in 2023.
