How to Appeal a Ticket

  1. Use your UNG email/network credentials and login to the Parking Services Web Portal.
  2. After a successful login, you’ll arrive at the home screen.
  3. In the tickets window, click the ticket # that you wish to appeal.
  4. A summary of the ticket will be displayed, notice that the current status shows as “Issued”.
  5. Verify that your contact info is correct and provide a current phone number.
  6. Type your appeal information in the space provided.
  7. Click “Request Appeal”.
  8. Summary page is displayed, notice that the current status now shows as “Pending”.
  9. You will receive an email informing you of the final appeal decision. 
  10. It may take up to an hour for your payment to process and for the hold on your Banner account to clear.
