Note: Please be aware that enrollment in a health profession education program requires hands-on clinical learning experiences in a variety of settings, where clinical partners may require vaccinations to engage in learning. Some clinical partners do not accept vaccination waivers, and, in such circumstances, the university is not able to arrange alternate clinical experiences for students. Failure to provide proof of vaccination may impede a student’s ability to complete the clinical education components required to graduate and sit for licensure or certification to practice.
