    School Field Trips

There is a flat fee of $85 per one-hour show for groups.

The school field trip shows incorporate more live/interactive content. We look in depth at the motions of the sun, moon and planets. Students learn about patterns of stars in constellations, and about the properties of the stars themselves!

Each show focuses on the Georgia School Standards for the group's grade level.

For more information about payment and reserving planetarium shows for school or other groups, e-mail planetarium@ung.edu.

Note: the planetarium's information line (706-864-1471) is intended only for special updates about upcoming shows or cancellations.
