It is with immense enthusiasm and eagerness that I am releasing a white paper entitled, “Bold Forward: Running Into Our Calling,” which, in alignment with the University of North Georgia’s Strategic Plan, will set the direction for UNG over the coming years. This paper is a result of a robust listening tour that included more than 26 sessions with our students, staff, faculty and community leaders across our five campuses, many discussions with teammates from across UNG, discussions with the University System of Georgia staff, and a detailed analysis of the expectations for UNG. I believe you will find that the strategy outlined provides us with a clear vision and direction based upon the environment in which we find ourselves and the nearly unlimited opportunity before us. I hope you find this moment to be inspiring, exciting, and generational. Please join us as we boldly move forward and run into our calling.
