Where I Lead
  • Jason Bent

    Creating future leaders

Sgt. 1st Class Jason Bent, a military science instructor at UNG who was named the top ROTC instructor in the country in 2017, has experienced the full spectrum of developing Army personnel, from drill instructor to teaching future officers.

  • Lindsey Smith

    Leading through lifelong learning

Lindsey Smith will be the first to tell you she doesn't like the term 'adult learner.' "I think it does a disservice to all students," Smith said. "When everyone is in class, we are all students graded on the same curriculum. Life experience does not really matter in the classroom."

  • Anna Totherow

    Leading by the leash

Anna Totherow appeared to be your average physical therapy (PT) graduate student at the University of North Georgia (UNG). But one thing set her apart while walking across campus — she had a puppy in tow.
