Corps of Cadets
UNG is one of only six Senior Military Colleges in the U.S. and is the Military College of Georgia, With a strong heritage of developing leaders, UNG has produced 50 general officers.

    Jason Pruitt, executive director of the University of North Georgia's Cumming Campus, has long-lasting ties to the institution, as it is his alma mater.

  • Heather Callahan-Williams

    Leading with a helping hand

    Dance Marathon and its support for Children's Miracle Network (CMN) are personal for Heather Callahan-Williams. She credits Children's Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA), a CMN hospital, for saving her life. The hospital helped her through various health ailments from intestinal issues to small lymphocytic lymphoma, cancer that affects white blood cells.
