The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia recently announced a national search for the next President of the University of North Georgia, who will continue to increase the university’s educational opportunities and student success. UNG serves a diverse student body of more than 18,000 students, including approximately 700 cadets who represent the university’s unique role as The Military College of Georgia.
The University of North Georgia has enjoyed more than a decade of growth and positive momentum, with a renewed focus on continuing to strengthen the university’s future in the years ahead. The next UNG president will be a highly visible, transparent, and visionary leader, engaged listener, effective communicator, and exceptional relationship builder.
