Make-Up Testing
Tutoring Services offers the space and staff to conduct make-up tests for students. An instructor will need to submit the test using the Faculty Resources page.
When taking a make-up test, students will need to ask for the test at the ACTT Center front desk (Gainesville). At the LTC (Oconee), students will need to schedule a test at least one day in advance. They will also need the following:
- Instructor’s name
- A picture ID
- A pencil/pen
- The required materials for the test (e.g., a scantron, calculator, etc.)
- Cell phone turned OFF
Students using the make-up testing facilities are subject to UNG’s Student Conduct Code and Student Handbook policies. Note: Computers are not allowed in the testing area. Students schedule eCore and online computerized tests through the Testing Center.
Calculators and Textbooks
Students can check calculators and textbooks out at the ACTT Center on the Gainesville campus, the Learning and Tutoring Center on the Oconee campus, or the Student Resource Center on the Cumming campus. All items are due at the end of the business day.
Students can also consult a library of writing handbooks at the Writing Center on the Gainesville campus.
