Libraries’ faculty members provide a variety of instruction options, including:
- creating instructional resources instructors can share through D2L
- conducting synchronous information literacy skills class sessions on-line and in-person
- providing hands-on research workshops
- offering research support through class discussion boards and designated office hours
Complete the Instruction Inquiry Form to have a librarian contact you to discuss the best format, venue, and timing for presenting the information and instruction your students need.
Please note: Because of the volume of requests received and the time needed to tailor the instruction content, we ask that requests be submitted no later than two weeks in advance. Instruction requests are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and may be limited due to the availability of our faculty members.
If you have a student that needs accommodation due to a disability, please have them contact Angela Megaw, 706-867-2528 or angela.megaw@ung.edu, at least one week prior to a scheduled instruction session to request assistance.
