Graduate Student Travel Grants
Elevate Your Research
Take your scholarship to the regional, national, or international stage. The Graduate Studies Office offers competitive travel grants of up to $750 each semester to support graduate students presenting their research, creative work, or scholarship at external conferences.
Grants cover:
- Conference registration fees
- Lodging and accommodations
- Round-trip transportation
- Meals and incidentals
Grant Application Info
Fall Semester Funding
- Applications open in late August and are due two weeks after, typically around the second week of September.
- For conference/presentations before December 31.

Spring Semester Funding
- Applications open in mid-November and are due in early December.
- For conferences/presentations between January and June 1
