    • Academic Transcripts

A transcript is an official document that records a student's academic progress. These documents are only generated and released upon the request of the student. Official transcripts are issued on security paper, or in a secure electronic format, and cannot be faxed. Transcripts will not be issued for individuals who have an outstanding balance or unfulfilled obligations to the university. The cost for each transcript in either format is $8.00. Please note that we will generate official transcripts which include any course completed within a semester only after that semester ends.

Order your official UNG transcript now.  If you are a former Gainesville State College student or a former North Georgia College & State University student, please use this link also.

If you would like to view or print your advising transcript (Tranguid), please use the Banner Web link above.

      1. Click the link to access Banner Web.
      2. Select the "Student" tab.
      3. Select "Student Records".
      4. Select Student Tranguid (Advising Transcript).
    • Transfer Credit

Transfer Credit is generally accepted from regionally accredited institutions. A credit evaluation is completed by the Registrar’s Office after a student has a complete application on file with UNG through Admissions. This evaluation is to determine course equivalencies. Time frame for evaluations vary due to volume of transfer applicants.

Learn more about transfer credit and equivalencies.
