Accessible Technology

It is the policy of the University of North Georgia (UNG) to make electronic and information technology resources accessible to all UNG students, faculty, staff, and the general public, regardless of disability. Creating and maintaining accessible technology is an ongoing UNG responsibility and priority.

Having Accessibility Issues with Our Site?

If you have trouble accessing content on the ung.edu website, please contact the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Coordinator at ada@ung.edu. Be sure to include the following in your email to the ADA Coordinator:

  • Your full name, phone number and email address
  • The web address (URL) of the web page that you are having issues accessing
  • Detailed description of accessibility issues you are having with the web page. If you are using assistive technology to access the web page, give us details about the technology you are using and how you are using it - this will allow us to try and duplicate your problem.

The ADA coordinator or a representative will acknowledge receipt of your request within two working days and will provide a solution within 10 working days. You will be notified if there is a delay in providing a solution.
