Bob Owens Gallery

The Bob Owens Gallery is located on the top floor of the Hoag Student Center, across from the Great Room. There are approximately six exhibitions annually, including the Hal B. Rhodes III Student Exhibition, celebrating the artistic excellence of the Visual Arts students, and the annual juried alum exhibition. Gallery programming including artist talks, panel discussions, and receptions are always free and open to everyone.

Roy C. Moore Gallery

The Roy C. Moore Gallery is in the Performing Arts Building near the Ed Cabell Theatre on the Gainesville Campus. The gallery hosts approximately six exhibitions annually including the annual Juried BFA show. Artist talks, panel discussions and receptions are among the programming offered by the Roy C. Moore Art Gallery. All exhibitions and events are open to everyone.

Oconee Campus Gallery

The Oconee Campus Gallery is located in the lobby area of the Faculty Center/700 Building, near the bookstore. The art gallery hosts four exhibitions during the academic year including the OCAF Reciprocal Biennial. The gallery offers artists talks and reception with each exhibition. All programming is free and open to all.

John Amoss Gallery

The John Amoss Gallery located in the Arts and Technology Building on the Gainesville Campus. The space supports art students from all UNG campuses by offering exhibition opportunities each semester. Students can submit proposals for work created in class, for personal enrichment, or as capstone preparation. Priority is given to current students on a first-come, first-served basis, with sign-ups opening at midterms. Exhibitions last one week, with setup and takedown on Fridays. The space is designed to help students learn how to professionally install, present, and remove artwork. The gallery is open during normal building hours.

Art Lounge

The Art Lounge is a proposal-based gallery that connects classroom learning with professional exhibition Arts and Technology Building on the Gainesville Campus. It showcases course-related projects while encouraging critical thinking about curation and presentation. The space supports experimentation, dialogue, and reflection, helping artists refine their voices in a professional setting. Each semester, the gallery hosts 4-8 instructor-led, classwork-focused shows. Instructors can request the space with a brief email proposal and may suggest preferred dates, though assignments will depend on demand. Installation and takedown are the responsibility of the faculty and their class.

Student Center Art Gallery

The Student Center Art Gallery is located in the heart of the Student Center on the Gainesville campus. Our gallery showcases rotating exhibitions of student, faculty, and guest artwork. Open during building hours, it’s a creative space for reflection, inspiration, and community connection.

The Hansford Gallery is located in the Hansford Hall building on the Dahlonega campus. This gallery features classwork-focused artworks by our students and other special exhibitions. This is open to the public during building hours.

The Library/Technology Center Gallery is located in the Dahlonega campus Library. This space showcases several exhibits throughout the year focused on education and enrichment for all.

Price Memorial Hall

Historic Price Memorial Hall is on the Dahlonega campus and is recognizable as the building with the gold steeple. The space offers community exhibitions and collaborative projects that rotate throughout the year. This space is on the first-floor hallway walls.

DoVA Atrium Gallery

The DoVA Atrium Gallery is an intimate, dynamic space in the Arts & Technology buildng on the Gainesville campus. It showcases the innovative work of recent BFA graduates and collaborative projects between faculty and students . It offers a platform for early-career artists to present their professional collections and explore new creative directions.
