Dr. Taylor is a certified pediatric nurse practitioner (PNP) with special interest in developmental and primary care pediatrics. She has over 35 years of experience in nursing education and pediatric nursing and currently serves as associate department head for the Department of Nursing.  Dr. Taylor is active in several professional organizations and is a program evaluator for the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing.  She works part-time as a PNP at Children’s Medicine, P.C. and with the feeding program at Marcus Autism Center.  She also enjoys coordinating an annual medical mission trip for the nursing programs to the Dominican Republic.
